Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The jewellery being sold by us has a delicate nature. We do not hold any stock and each piece of jewellery is given individual attention. It has been made to be treated with care and love, ensuring extra attention is paid to not pulling or snagging it. Every piece of jewellery has been lovingly designed by us and each product is thoroughly quality checked before sending out. We pride ourselves on our customer service and, if, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the product please reach out to us on hello@zachsabil.com and we will be happy to help you out.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any piece that has been customised, unless it was damaged in transit to you. These are all deemed final sale as you can appreciate we are unable to resell customised products at this stage. This restriction is also clearly stated on the products' page, where you can see which jewellery items are deemed final sale.

Any products that are not custom made can be returned within 14 days for a refund. For your protection, your return should always be shipped using special, insured delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Zach Sabil is not responsible for returns that are lost in the post.

The products should be unworn, in pristine condition and in its original packaging. If the product has been worn or is not in its original packaging, you may not be entitled to a full refund. Please also keep your proof of return and send a copy to our email address with your order number in the subject field.

As stated, the jewellery is very delicate and fine. All jewellery on our website is gold (not gold plated or gold filled) and can be worn in the shower, during working out and every day but please do ensure it is protected from being pulled and mishandled. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a repairs service to mend any damaged products. Please bear this in mind before purchasing.

We really do hope you enjoy our products, as we have truly enjoyed designing them.
