I don't know what my initial would be in Arabic, can you help?
Yes, we can definitely help with this. Please send us an email on hello@zachsabil.com with your name and we will advise.

If I need my product sent to me as a priority can this be done?
As we do not hold any stock at our office and each item is made upon request, our products can take up to four weeks to ship. However, if you do need something sent as a priority, we will try our best to do so. Just drop us an email on hello@zachsabil.com before placing your order. Please note there may be an additional fee for this service.

How do I care for my jewellery?
As gold is a naturally soft material, chains can stretch over time or when pulled. We suggest removing your jewellery when there is a risk of it being pulled.
Gold jewellery can be cleaned using a combination of gentle liquid and warm water.

My necklace has been damaged, can you repair it?
As stated previously, although our gold jewellery is suitable for every day wear, it is not suitable for any situation where it will be pulled. Unfortunately, we do not have a repair service in place as of yet but a local jeweller may be able to assist you.

I've sent you an email but have not received a response. How long do emails usually take to be answered?
We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 12 hours. If you haven't heard from us 24 hours after sending your email, it may have gone to spam or we may not have received it so please email us again or contact us on our social media pages.
