FAQs

I don't know what my initial would be in Arabic, can you help?
Yes, we can definitely help with this. Please send us an email on hello@zachsabil.com with your name and we will advise.

Is your jewellery solid gold?
Yes, we use solid precious metals only. This is so it remains tarnish free and hypoallergenic. Currently our jewellery comes in the option of solid 14k/18k yellow, rose or white gold. We now also have the option of solid sterling silver.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we can definitely help with this. Please send us an email on hello@zachsabil.com with a specific description of your custom order and we will provide you with a free, no obligation quote. We will work very closely with you with constant communication to fulfil your custom piece to the standards you require.

If I need my product sent to me as a priority can this be done?
As we do not hold any stock at our office and each item is made upon request, our products usually take up to four weeks to ship. However, if you do need something sent as a priority, we will try our best to do so, as we now have a workshop in London. Just drop us an email on hello@zachsabil.com before placing your order. Please note there may be an additional fee for this service.

How do I care for my jewellery?
As gold is a naturally soft material, chains can stretch over time or when pulled. We suggest removing your jewellery when there is a risk of it being pulled.
Gold jewellery can be cleaned using a combination of gentle liquid and warm water.

I would like to add additional letters to my jewellery/make amendments to the charms on there already, do you provide this service?                                             This is something we can certainly look into providing for you. Please send us an email specifying exactly what you require and we will send you a free custom quote before going ahead. We will provide you with the best price that we can. Repairs, additions and amendments usually take up to 3 weeks but this does depend on how busy our workshop is.

My jewellery has been damaged, can you repair it?                                       Yes, we can, as we now have a London based workshop. Although our gold jewellery is suitable for every day wear, it is not suitable for any situation where it will be pulled. The higher the percentage of gold, the softer the product and therefore, the easier it can be damaged if not cared for properly. There will be an additional fee for the repair which will include delivery charges. If you do require a repair service, please drop us an email on hello@zachsabil.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

I've sent you an email but have not received a response. How long do emails usually take to be answered?
We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 12 hours. If you haven't heard from us 24 hours after sending your email, it may have gone to spam or we may not have received it so please email us again or contact us on our social media pages.
